Bruce Jenner Speaks Out in New Promo for Diane Sawyer Interview

LOS ANGELES, April 15 (UPI) — ABC has dropped more footage of Diane Sawyer‘s upcoming “20/20” interview with Bruce Jenner.
“My whole life has been getting me ready for this,” Jenner says in the 16-second clip, which features the 65-year-old reality star walking outside with Sawyer.
Though the network has yet to reveal much detail about the interview, Jenner is expected to discuss his rumored transition from man to woman.
A source told People last month that Jenner had “had enough of trying to fool himself and others.”
“He suffered from feeling a lot of shame about this for a lot of years,” the source said. “Just recently, to see a growing acceptance for transgender people. It lifted a tremendous burden off him in terms of feeling alone.”
A documentary series about Jenner’s alleged transition has been put on hold.
“Bruce Jenner: The Interview” debuts April 24.
