Sept. 14 (UPI) — Gene Simmons of KISS fame has announced his plans to release a new solo collection titled “The Vault,” that ranges in price from $2,000 to $50,000.

“After years of being in the spotlight with KISS, I’ve decided it’s time to share another side with you, a deeply personal one. With ‘The Vault,’ I’ve created a 50-year time capsule (1966 to 2016) that serves as a soundtrack to my life, filled with songs I’ve written, but have never been released. Until now,” the rocker says in a statement on his website.

“The Vault includes 150 recordings featuring notable rock and roll artists and of course, my bandmates from KISS,” he continues.

The 38-pound 10-CD collection that comes inside a vault-like box also includes a Simmons action figure, a t-shirt, commemorative coin and a book containing 160 pages of unseen photos from the rockstar’s personal collection.

Fans who order the package will be hand-delivered “The Vault” by Simmons, depending on which experience they select.

For $2,000, “The Vault” will be delivered during during one of 21 events around the world where the box will be picked up during a five-minute meet-and-greet with Simmons. For $25,000, the purchaser will receive the package as they meet with Simmons for an hour at one of 11 studios and the $50,000 option will bring Simmons to the buyer’s house to deliver “The Vault” and spend two hours with up to a group of 25 friends.

FAQ page for “The Vault” notes that Simmons will not be in full KISS makeup during the meet-and-greets and that the 68-year-old will not be providing any food or drink.
