Josh Hutcherson Confirms Relationship with Co-star Claudia Traisac
LOS ANGELES, June 23 (UPI) — After two years of speculation Josh Hutcherson finally confirms relationship with his “Escobar: Paradise Lost” co-star Claudia Traisac.
While on the red carpet, Monday night for the film’s Hollywood premiere, Hutcherson gushed about his relationship with the actress, “It’s pretty good,” he told E! News.
Trasiac also spoke about the relationship with the Hunger Games actor and said, “I’m really happy, it’s really great.”
The couple first met while filming the movie and now have a different schedules they have to deal with. “Distance is hard, but we make it work,” the 22-year-old actor revealed.
In the film, Hutcherson plays a Canadian boy who falls in love with Trasiac’s character during a visit to Colombia. Things get complicated because the girl he loves also happens to be drug-lord Pablo Escobar‘s niece.
Last week, during a visit to Conan, Hutcherson shared the two best techniques to attend a music festival without having to pose with fans for selfies.
“There’s two ways, one is you dress like a Mexican drug cartel, which is bandanna, sunglasses and hat, you feel really creepy, but they don’t recognize you,” he told O’Brien. “Two, you just walk around with your face out in the open and they’re all so far gone on substances, you just like throw a Twinkie and they go running after it anyways.”
