Oct. 26 (UPI) — Peta Murgatroyd brought her son to visit the “Dancing with the Stars” set this week.

The 31-year-old Australian dancer posted a sweet photo with Shai Aleksander, her 8-month-old son with Maksim Chmerkovskiy, ahead of Monday’s episode.

“Bring your ShuShu to work day,” she captioned the picture on Instagram.

The snapshot shows Murgatroyd beaming as she holds a smiling Shai in her arms. The new mom wears a necklace featuring her son’s name, which she kept on for her performance with partner Nick Lachey.

Murgatroyd and Lachey were eliminated from the ABC reality competition following their samba routine to “Wild Wild West.” Murgatroyd thanked Lachey and their fans in an Instagram post after the episode.

“You did good kid. I love you to pieces and I’m SO proud of you. I will miss you dearly. Thank you to my family @dancingabc for a wonderful season I will cherish this. XO,” she wrote.

Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy welcomed Shai in January, and married in July. Chmerkovskiy, who is still in the running to win “Dancing with the Stars” Season 25, recently denied a feud with partner Vanessa Lachey.

“What drama?” the 37-year-old dancer said Saturday, according to Us Weekly. “[Things] were never bad. They were great things. It’s been a great season.”

“Dancing with the Stars” airs Mondays on ABC.
