Feb. 6 (UPI) — Roy Kim is gearing up to release his new single.
The 24-year-old South Korean singer shared lyrics to his song “We Will Break Up Then” in a tweet Monday.
“[ALBUM] Roy Kim – ‘We Will Break Up Then’ VOICE LYRIC PHOTO #1 2018.02.12 (MON) PM 06:00 Release!” he captioned the post.
Kim’s post included a photo of himself gazing into the distance. He recorded a clip of himself reciting some of the lyrics in English.
“Why do things other than our love matter?/ Can you imagine our lives without each other?” the star said.
“We Will Break Up Then” will debut Feb. 12. The Korea Herald reported the single centers on a couple’s long-distance relationship.
Kim came to fame after winning the reality competition “Superstar K4,” and released his debut studio album, “Love Love Love,” in 2013. He is known for the singles “Bom Bom Bom,” “Love Love Love” and “Home.”
