2 men fall 20 to 30 feet in Provo construction accident

PROVO, Utah, Dec. 14, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Two men were transported to the hospital in Provo after they fell between 20 and 30 feet in a construction accident Wednesday afternoon.

The men fell at about 3 p.m. at the construction site at the new Provo High, near 1300 N. Lakeshore Drive, when an I-beam collapsed, Provo Fire and Rescue officials posted on Facebook.

Both males were conscious and alert at the scene and were transported to a local hospital.

An I-beam is a beam with an I- or H-shaped cross-section.
