HERRIMAN, Utah, June 19, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — A 4-year-old boy is in serious condition after falling from a window on the fourth floor of an apartment building in Herriman.
Unified Police Department Sgt. Melody Gray told Gephardt Daily the boy was leaning on a screen covering a window in the apartment in Copperwood Apartments, at 5719 W. Plow Lane (11900 South) at approximately 1:20 p.m. when the screen gave way.
The child fell out of the window and onto an air conditioning unit below.
He was transported by LifeFlight to Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City.
Gray said the boy was conscious and speaking to medics as he was transported.
