SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah, July 23, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — South Salt Lake Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at 390 E. 2700 South at about 5 p.m. Sunday.
According to a news release from Gary Keller, public information officer for SSLPD, a 47-year-old woman was transported to the hospital with two gunshot wounds, to her leg and her torso. She remains hospitalized in serious but stable condition.
The building where the shooting took place is an older home that has been converted into six apartments, the release states. The residents in the other apartments were not injured.
