GUNNISON, Utah, Jan. 31, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Police have identified a man found dead in the parking lot of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building in Gunnison on Tuesday morning.
Gunnison Valley Police tweeted at 4 p.m. that the deceased is Ricardo Valencia, 21.
“We are currently saying this is an accidental death,” said the tweet. “Our condolences to his family.”
Chief Brett McCall said officials were notified at approximately 7:30 a.m. of the body in the parking lot of the building at 100 N. 100 West.

The city of Gunnison is east of Scipio in Sanpete County, 125 miles south of Salt Lake City.
