Cyclist found dead on Coyote Trail in Wasatch County

WASATCH COUNTY, Utah, Sept. 2, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office deputies, with Search and Rescue and emergency medical personnel, responded to a call at about 3:40 p.m. Monday reporting an unconscious cyclist on the Coyote Trail north of Heber.

Upon arrival, they determined that the man had died, the WCSO stated in a Facebook post later Monday.

“It appears he is a 61 year old from Wasatch County,” the post said.

The cause of death is under investigation. The man’s name has not been released pending notification of family.
