MURRAY, Utah, April 10, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Wheeler Historic Farm’s 20-pound Flemish giant rabbit, Dolly Parton, has been returned.

Raegan Scharman, the program coordinator at Wheeler Historic Farm, said the morning keeper told her he was by her cage when he noticed her head pop out from behind her hiding spot.

“He called me to ask me to come and make sure it was her and sure enough, it was,” Scharman said. “We had a sighting yesterday and we think that seemed like too much of a coincidence that this morning she appeared back in her cage.”
Wheeler FarmDolly Parton disappeared during the middle of the day on Wednesday. A plea was made through social media and news organizations, including Gephardt Daily, saying the farm was only interested in her return and not who took her.

“We just asked them to either put them in a secure box and leave her at the front door or to just put her back in her cage,” Scharman said. “We are glad they did. We are so happy to have her back.”
