SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, March 4, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — A man suspected of having sex with a minor on a Delta flight from Phoenix was taken into custody after landing at the Salt Lake International Airport.
The suspect, Jasper Emillien Garczynski, 27, of Tempe, Arizona, is accused of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
A 16-year-old girl said she had sex in the airplane restroom with Garczynski. The flight crew located the suspect in the restroom.
Garczynski was arrested on Wednesday by the Airport Authority Police, and bonded out of jail on Thursday.
