MIDVALE, Utah, Dec. 17, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — The Unified Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a suspect wanted in connection with an alleged armed carjacking on Saturday.
A white 2001 BMW 330CI convertible was taken from an 83-year-old woman in the area of 939 E. Creek Hill Lane (7300 South) in Midvale, the UPD said in a Twitter post Sunday morning. The license plate of the car is D290YF.
The suspect is described by police as an Asian man, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall. The woman said he was armed with a black handgun.
No one was injured during the incident.
