Morgan Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash Monday Evening
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, John D. Millar, 59, of Morgan was westbound on I-84 on a 2013 BMW motorcycle when he lost control of the bike and crossed onto the soft median and into the cable barrier.
Millar was wearing a full face helmet and full protective gear, but was killed on impact.
Investigators believe excessive speed might have been a factor.
UHP also said it is looking into the possibility the motorcycle was cut off by a semi-truck during a lane change.
