Motorcyclist seriously injured Sunday in Holladay hit-and-run crash

HOLLADAY, Utah, March 19, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — The Unified Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run accident Sunday night in which a motorcyclist was seriously injured.

The incident, between the motorcycle and a car, occurred at about 7:30 p.m. at 1300 E. Van Winkle.

The 32-year-old male motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and sustained a serious head injury, according to information provided by UPD.

The suspect vehicle, driven by a male, was described as a light gray sedan, possibly a mid-2000 model, with a “rounded front and a box-like back end.” The make and model are unknown.
