MURRAY, Utah, March 2, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — A 5-year-old boy fell Wednesday from a fourth-floor apartment window.
Murray City Police officer Kenny Bass said the incident happened at 11:35 a.m., at a complex near 4600 South 200 West, in Murray. The child, while playing on a bed, fell out the bedroom window.
“He leaned up against a open window with a screen that popped out and he fell with it,” Bass said. “The child fell from the fourth floor, and he thankfully only suffered minor injuries.”
Bass said the boy was taken to Primary Children’s Hospital with a broken leg.
