ID Theft SuspectOn the 15th of December 2015, a man dressed in Army fatigues went into Target and purchased a cell phone on another man’s account. The suspect is being investigated for ID Theft. Due to the man’s appearance, it is unlikely that he is even a soldier in the Army and he may have used the fatigues to help validate his identity.
