OREM, Utah, May 2, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Orem police are renewing their plea for help finding a man who went missing on Wednesday of last week.

Robert Lynn Flygare, 75, was last seen at 9:05 a.m. April 25 in the area of University Parkway’s Interstate 15 northbound on ramp walkway from Utah Valley University.

He was wearing a light button-up shirt, possibly blue, and jeans. Police believe Flygare may have been planning to meet someone because he was last seen carrying two drinks.

“Robert is an avid walker, sometimes walking up to 12 miles per day,” an OPD Facebook post says. “He frequently walks along the railroad tracks and Geneva Road.

“With the help of many agencies and the family these locations, as well as other locations, have been checked but Robert has not been located.”

Anyone who may have seen Flygare since the morning of April 25 is asked to call the Orem Police Department at 801-229-7070.
