OREM, Utah, May 13, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — The Orem Police Department is seeking leads of the identity of a man suspected of taking a photo after aiming his cell phone up the skirt of a Target shopper who was unaware of his actions.
The incident, reported May 10 and revealed May 12 by the OPD, is said to have taken place at the Target store in Orem. The store’s security staff released an image of the suspect.
Anyone with information on the case or who knows the identity of the suspect in the security photo is asked to call the Orem Police Department at 801-229-7070 or message it through its Facebook page, where the police request and image are posted.
