MILLCREEK, Utah, Jan. 15, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Unified Police have released surveillance photos of an armed bank robber in hopes the public can help identify him.

Unified Police Lt. Lex Bell said the robbery occurred Jan. 15 at 4:26 p.m. at the Wells Fargo at 3885 S. Wasatch Blvd when the suspect entered the bank, showed a black revolver and demanded money.

The suspect left the bank with an unknown amount of cash and was seen by a witness getting into a parked silver 2014 Chrysler 300. Police originally thought they had a license plate number, given by a witness, for the getaway car but that later turned out to be incorrect.

The suspect is described as white, about 40, 6-foot-2 inches to 6-foot-4-inches and about 200 pounds. He was wearing gloves and sunglasses.

Anyone with information as to the identity of the suspect is asked to call the UPD Violent Crimes Unit at 385-468-9814.
