Police Seek Suspect Who Cleaned Out Laundry

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – September 23, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Salt Lake City Police are searching for a suspect who robbed Century Laundry last night.

The robbery occurred at the laundry at 910 W. North Temple at 10:50 p.m.

SLCPD said a press release a female clerk reported that she had opened the till and began to count it when she was confronted by a man. The man pushed her to the ground, grabbed the money from the till, and ran out the west doors.

The suspect was described as a black male adult, 5′ 7″, 140 pounds, wearing a dark hoodie with white lettering saying CALI on the front, a dark baseball cap and Levis. The clerk was not injured.
