Police Sound Warning Over BYU Campus Area Flasher

PROVO, Utah, Dec. 11, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — Police at Brigham Young University are warning students about a man who has been seen exposing himself to female students in the area just south of the university’s main campus.

According to BYU Police Chief Larry Stott, three incidents have been reported over the past two days near 500 East and 800 North.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 40 years old, with a heavy build and a large brown beard.

Police say he may be driving a silver 1990s model Dodge Malibu or Chevy Cavalier with Utah plates.

Female students are being asked to remain vigilant and to avoid walking alone when possible.
