PROVO, Utah, March 31, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are questioning a man in connection with an aggravated assault in Provo.
According to a Provo PD Facebook post, Gideon Samuel “Sam” Aryertey was wanted for questioning in a knife attack that occurred near 500 N. 850 West at about 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, and voluntarily came to the station to speak with investigators.
During the assault, one victim was stabbed in the back while trying to flee, and another was punched in the face. The stabbing victim was treated for his injuries and released.
