Police seek suspect after 2 stabbed at Salt Lake City bar

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Sept. 10, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are searching for a suspect after two security guards were stabbed early Sunday morning outside a Salt Lake City bar.

According to the Salt Lake City Police Department, the two security guards at the Moose Lounge at 180 W. 400 South observed a group of males harassing a female at approximately 1:15 a.m.

As security was escorting the men out of the establishment one man stabbed both of them. The two victims were transported to local hospitals in serious but stable condition.

One guard was taken to University Hospital and the other to Intermountain Medical Center.

The suspect, who fled the scene in a silver Honda Accord, is described as a black male, who is 5 feet 7 inches tall and bald. He was wearing a white T-shirt with black or blue stripes and jeans.
