The incident occurred at Raul Auto Glass, at 1030 S. Redwood Road, just after 8:05 p.m., Lt. Mike Ross from Salt Lake City Police Department told Gephardt Daily.

“Two men were just about to close their business when a man came in, armed with a handgun, and demanded money,” Ross said. “The suspect took the victims’ wallets and a vehicle belonging to one of them.”

The vehicle, a black 2003 Lincoln Navigator, was later located in West Valley City.

No one was injured in the course of the incident.

The suspect is described as of unknown race, due to his face being covered. He is approximately 6 feet tall, has a “big” build, and was wearing black glasses and a dark hat, Ross said.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing, Ross added.
