SOUTH JORDAN, Utah, March 1, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — The South Jordan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect or suspects responsible for shooting out the passenger windows of three vehicles with ball bearings Wednesday night.
The incident occurred in the area of Bangerter Highway and 11400 South at approximately 7:30 p.m., the SJPD said in a news release Thursday.
“An unknown suspect or suspects shot out the front passenger window of three vehicles with a small steel ball bearing, which we believe was shot from a slingshot,” the news release said. “In one incident, the front passenger was struck by the ball bearing but fortunately was not seriously injured.”
