SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Feb. 7, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — A 45-year-old man is in critical condition after being stabbed in Memory Grove in Salt Lake City early Wednesday morning.

The incident at the park at 300 Canyon Road (120 East), just to the east of the Utah State Capitol building, occurred just after 4:35 a.m., the Salt Lake City Police Department said in a news release.

The man was found with several stab wounds and transported to an area hospital in critical condition, the news release said.

There are no known suspects and the investigation is ongoing.
