Sugar House stabbing victim hospitalized in critical condition

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Feb., 17, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — A stabbing victim in Sugar House was rushed to the hospital in critical condition Saturday after being found by the S-Line tracks near 700 East and 2200 South.

According to Salt Lake City Police Department Lt. Victor Siebeneck, police were called to the crime scene at about 4 p.m.

Upon arrival, they found a man with multiple stab wounds to his arms and torso.

Investigators who viewed surveillance footage believe the suspect is a man in his 30s, wearing black coveralls and a black jacket.

The victim is now said to be in stable condition.
