Washington Federal Credit Union in Holladay robbed

HOLLADAY, Utah, April 20, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are looking for the man who robbed the Washington Federal Credit Union and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash Friday.

Lt. Brian Lohrke, Unified Police Department, said the incident occurred at about 3:50 p.m. at the credit union at 3983 S. Wasatch Blvd., when one male, with his face covered, entered the building and demanded money.

Lohrke said the man did not display a weapon.

He is described as between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt and had a cloth wrapped around his face.

Detectives are in the process of viewing surveillance video.
