West Jordan police seek help identifying suspect in credit union robbery

WEST JORDAN, Utah, June 4, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are looking for a woman who is suspected of robbing the America First Credit Union inside Smith’s Market Place at 1820 W. 9000 South on Saturday.

In a news release, police say the suspect entered the credit union at about 5:30 p.m. and gave the teller a note demanding money.

The suspect is described as approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, and has a tattoo of a sun on the upper center of her back. She was wearing a green shirt, denim shorts, a baseball cap and sunglasses. According to the news release, she arrived and left in what appears to be a dark gray sedan.
