June 15 (UPI) — In addition to its ‘Thirsty Thursday’ promotion, the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp are pitching ‘You Might Be The Father’s Day’ this week at a Minor League Baseball game.

The MiLB franchise is also handing out pregnancy tests to those in attendance.

“In honor of You Might Be The Father’s Day, the Jumbo Shrimp will be distributing pregnancy tests so you’ll know if you need to return for Sunday’s Father’s Day game…It will be an evening filled with suspense, intrigue and manila envelopes,” the team’s website says.

Beers are priced at $1 for a 12 oz., while 24 oz. beers will sell for $2 Thursday when the team battles the Pensacola Blue Wahoos.

The Jumbo Shrimp are a Class Double-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins. The team plays its home games at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville.

First pitch for Thursday’s contest is set for 7:05 p.m. The Blue Wahoos lead the Southern League South standings, while the Jumbo Shrimp are in last place with a 27-38 record.

Promotions like this have led the Jumbo Shrimp to the second-best attendance this season in the Southern League, averaging 5,618 fans per game.

The Jumbo Shrimp replaced the Jacksonville Suns in the league this season. They are managed by 13-year MLB veteran Randy Ready.

The team has a Father’s Day cookout planned for Sunday.
