June 10 (UPI) — One person was killed and another was injured after a house explosion in Ohio Sunday afternoon, authorities said.

The Cleveland Division of Fire shared photos of debris at the scene and stating the explosion caused damage to several neighboring houses.

One female was killed and one male was critically injured after sustaining multiple burn injuries, Cleveland’s WEWS reported.

No firefighters were hurt while responding to the explosion.

Authorities said they were initially called to the area for wires down and discovered four houses on fire.
