Thirty-one-year-old Sanchez, aka Alexyanis Cutino Jimenez, is charged in the May 4 robbery of Bountiful Pawn, which left his partner — 40-year-old Kleydys Arbolaez-Hernandez — shot dead by the pawn shop clerk.

Besides the attempted robbery of Bountiful Pawn, Sanchez and his late partner have been implicated in five robberies in West Valley City between January to May; three robberies in Salt Lake City in January and February; a robbery in West Jordan in February; and robbery in Millcreek in March, according to information released Thursday by the Department of Justice.
