SPANISH FORK CANYON, Utah County, May 26, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — A Riverton man was cited Thursday for lewdness after he reportedly exposed his genitals, decorated with hanging bells, to several children, ages 8 through 16.

Utah County Sheriff’s Office deputies say Kenneth Allen Beck, 64, was clothed when they reached the scene, near the Diamond Fork hot pots in Spanish Fork Canyon.

Beck, who was located in the recreational site’s parking lot, told deputies he likes doing what the witnesses had reported just to see their reactions.

Beck has one prior conviction for Lewdness-Indecent Exposure stemming from incidents at a business in Saratoga Springs in October and November of 2005. In those cases Beck entered the business and exposed himself to an employee while he was ordering food. He was convicted of Class B misdemeanor Indecent Exposure in that case.

In Thursday’s incident, Beck was cited by deputies for Lewdness Involving a Child, a class A misdemeanor.
