Man Killed After ATV Plunges Off Cliff in Southern Utah
GRAND COUNTY, UTAH – March 22, 2015 – Gephardt Daily
Authorities in Grand County say a man was killed Saturday night just before 11 p.m. when his ATV plunged off a 65 foot cliff about 50 miles northwest of Moab.
According to the Grand County Sheriff’s Office, 31-year old Arvada, Colorado resident, Jason Mondragon, was riding in the White Wash Dunes area the time of the accident.
Grand County Sheriff Office Deputies, members of the Grand County Search and Rescue Team and Grand County Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and found Mondragon’s body.
Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the accident.
