SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, April 11, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Salt Lake Police have located two juveniles missing since Monday night.

Salt Lake City Police Department tweeted Tuesday morning at 6 a.m. that Cynthia Aranciba-Martinez, a 12 year-old female, and Jose Manuel Martinez, a 10-year-old male, were last seen near 1700 S. Redwood Rd. at 10 p.m. Monday. They were last seen by one of their mothers playing on the playground at their apartment complex

After several hours passed the mothers of both children noticed that they hadn’t returned home and contacted police, SLCPD said in a news release Tuesday afternoon. After a lengthy search both children were located, unharmed, at a Salt Lake City residence and were returned to their parents.

Details are still emerging about the situation and Gephardt Daily will update this story as information becomes available.
