TOOELE, Utah, April 3, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Funeral services have been announced for Riley Powell and Breezy Otteson, the teenagers who went missing in late December and whose bodies were recovered last week from an abandoned mine in Utah County.
Powell and Otteson, who were 18 and 17, will be laid to rest after services on April 14, a week from this Saturday. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. at the LDS Church in Tooele, at 180 S. Coleman St.
An acquaintance of Powell has been charged with the double murder. Forty-one-year old Jerrod William Baum is charged with the crimes, and his girlfriend, Morgan Henderson, is charged with obstruction of justice.
