GLENDALE, Calif., March 11 (UPI) — Nestle USA announced a recall Friday of some of its DiGiorno Pizza, Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s products after glass was found.

The voluntary recall concerns the possibility of small glass pieces in spinach, an ingredient common in all the recalled products. No injuries have been reported thus far, but Nestle USA said several customers reported they found glass in the products.

The recall covers specific production codes of DiGiorno Thin & Crispy Spinach and Garlic Pizza, Rising Crust Spinach and Mushroom Pizza, Thin Crust Spinach and Mushroom Pizza, and Tuscan-style Chicken Pizza; Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom Pizza, Spinach Artichoke Ravioli, Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli, Spinach, Artichoke & Chicken Panini and Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli; and Stouffer’s Vegetable Lasagna in 10-, 37- and 96-ounce sizes, Spinach Soufflé and Chicken Lasagna.

The company said it is working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture on the recall.
