Dec. 12 (UPI) — Kimberly-Clark recalled certain Kotex Sleek tampons this week after reports of the products unraveling, causing some customers to seek medical attention.
The company announced the recall Tuesday of U by Kotex Sleek tampons in regular absorbency in the United States and Canada. The affected products were manufactured between Oct. 7, 2016, and Oct. 16, 2018.
