CAMPBELL, Calif., Oct. 15 (UPI) — Target shoppers on Wednesday had to hear several minutes of sound from a porn movie on a store intercom, witnesses said.
While many were out with their children, the normally family-friendly environment of the store turned X-rated when someone playing a prank put the sound from a porn movie on the intercom.
Some shoppers yelled at employees to do something about it, some dropped their items and walked out. Others, got out their cell phones and took video, witnesses said.
Employees ran from store phone to store phone while the sounds of women moaning played. Employees were picking up the phones and hanging them up, trying to get the sound to stop, witnesses said.
Store staff were able to get the sound to stop for a few minutes before it started again. Eventually, they silenced it for good.
