What’s In A Name?
Fed up with forgetting names? Ben Larson and Russ Zimmerman of Provo-based company Awesome Geekness have created an app called Name Shark so they will no longer be terrible at remembering names, and it works, they say.
You simply upload someone’s name and photo into one of your groups, say co-workers or sales clients or perhaps your child’s little league team.
Once the name and photo is in Name Shark, users can quiz themselves in four different modes to help sear that person’s name and face into memory.
They recommend that you start with the flash mode to get the names down. There is also a details quiz where you can refresh yourself about facts and the tiny details about a person.
