March 2 (UPI) — The 90th Academy Awards ceremony, which will honor the best in cinema for 2017, is scheduled to take place Sunday in Los Angeles.
Guillermo del Toro’s romantic fantasy The Shape of Water — which stars Sally Hawkins, Doug Jones, Michael Shannon, Octavia Spencer and Richard Jenkins — goes into the competition with a leading 13 nominations.
