A Pitchin’ Featurette of “Pitch Perfect 2”
May 14, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Opening in theaters this week, “Pitch Perfect 2” follows the further adventures of the acapella singing group “The Barden Bellas.”
After a humiliating command performance at Lincoln Center, the Bellas enter an international competition no American group has ever won, in order to regain their status and right to perform.
The film reunites the original cast including Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson and Brittany Snow.
Elizabeth Banks, who produced the last film and is seen on camera as Gail, one of the two announcers during competitions, is calling the shots for “Pitch Perfect 2,” as the film’s director.
“Pitch Perfect 2” is rated PG-13.
