LOS ANGELES, May 27 (UPI) — After filing for divorce Monday, Amber Heard has accused Johnny Depp of domestic violence and is seeking a restraining order.

First reported by TMZ, Heard was seen in court Friday claiming that Depp, 52, has physically assaulted her various times throughout their marriage and presented, alongside her lawyer Samantha Spector, a collection of photos highlighting various marks and bruises.

One photo in particular shows the 30-year-old actress with a red mark around her right eye, which she says Depp inflicted on Saturday.

“This was not an isolated event,” an unnamed source told People magazine. “This was only the latest incident.”

In court, Heard requested a restraining order against the “Alice Through the Looking Glass” star who was away promoting the film. The restraining order request comes less than a week after Heard filed for divorce — days after the death of Depp’s mother — citing “irreconcilable differences.”

On Thursday, Depp’s representative commented on the split: “Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly.”

Depp and Heard married in February 2015 after dating for almost two years. Heard is seeking spousal support from Depp. They had no pre-nuptial agreement.
