Sept. 12 (UPI) — “Black-ish” star and “To Tell the Truth” host Anthony Anderson and his real-life mother, Doris Bowman, will present a new reality show for Discovery+ called “House Haunters.”
Set to premiere on Oct. 7, the show is described by the streaming service as a “hidden camera real estate and home renovation prank series.”
Season 1 will include six half-hour episodes.
It will air during Discovery’s monthlong Ghostober programming event, which will feature Halloween-themed shows in the home, food and paranormal genres.
“If there’s one thing you should know about me and my mom, we love a good prank,” Anderson said in a statement Friday. “And we’re bringing the fun to the perfect place — an open house.”
