May 15, 2021 (UPI) — ABC has renewed its Anthony Anderson-led sitcom, “Black-ish,” for an eighth and final season.
The broadcast network also said Friday it has ordered for 2021-22 additional seasons of “The Conners,” “The Goldbergs,” “A Million Little Things,” “The Rookie” and “Home Economics.”
Among the shows ABC axed are “Rebel,” “For Life,” “American Housewife” and “Mixed-ish.”
The cancellations will pave the way for the new drama, “Queens” and sitcoms “The Wonder Years,” “Maggie” and “Abbott Elementary.”
