June 28 (UPI) — Chrissy Teigen is sharing new details about her IVF journey to conceive her son.
The 32-year-old model discussed in vitro fertilization with her Instagram followers Tuesday after posting a cute picture of Miles, her one-month-old son with husband John Legend.
The photo shows Miles lifting his arms and legs in the air as he reclines on a cushion. The post had received over 1.7 million likes as of Wednesday morning.
“hey dudes,” Teigen captioned the snapshot.
“Yep, he was on ice a smidge longer,” the model answered a fan inquiry, referencing the IVF process. “Science and the human body are beautiful.”
A fan later asked if Teigen was offended by the line of questioning, but the model said she’s more than open to discussion.
“I wasn’t offended by it – people are just curious and I think hearing success stories gives people hope. I’m all about talking about IVF,” she wrote.
Teigen gave birth to Miles on May 16. She shared a new photo of her son on his original due date, June 7.
