LOS ANGELES, Oct. 25 (UPI) — Drake celebrated his 30th birthday at a star-studded bash Sunday in Los Angeles.

Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and their mutual ex-boyfriend, John Mayer, were among the celebrities to ring in the occasion at Delilah lounge in West Hollywood.

“It was a very intimate party with just friends and family … When [Drake] came in he had a big smile and was really happy,” a source told E! News. The guest list also included Jamie Foxx, French Montana and Shay Mitchell.

An insider said friendly exes Perry and Mayer, who dated from 2012 to 2014, “spoke throughout the night” very “peacefully.” Swift, who wrote the breakup song “Dear John” after her split from Mayer in 2010, “didn’t cross paths” with the singer.

“It made me feel terrible,” Mayer had said of the song to Rolling Stone in 2012. “Because I didn’t deserve it. I’m pretty good at taking accountability now, and I never did anything to deserve that.”

“I was really caught off-guard, and it really humiliated me at a time when I’d already been dressed down,” he added. “I mean, how would you feel if, at the lowest you’ve ever been, someone kicked you even lower?”

Drake, who officially turned 30 on Monday, is looking forward to the year to come. The rapper announced the same day as his party that he will release a new playlist, “More Life,” in December.

“I’m off mixtapes, I want to do a playlist. I want to give you a collection of songs that become the soundtrack to your life,” he said.

“All original music from me. You might hear some tunes from the family on there. Just really excited. I had a great tour, I had a great summer. And most people would, like, go probably take a break, but for me I just want to get right back to it,” the star added.
