LOS ANGELES, Jan. 17 (UPI) — Jane Fonda and Dolly Parton are to present their longtime friend and “9 to 5” co-star Lily Tomlin with the SAG Life Achievement Award in Los Angeles on Jan. 29.
Fonda is also Tomlin’s castmate in the Netflix comedy series “Grace & Frankie,” which will return for its third season in May.
The Screen Actors Guild Awards honor excellent performances in film and television.
Tomlin, 77, is already the recipient of the 2014 Kennedy Center Award, the 2003 Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, two Peabody Awards, multiple Emmys, numerous American Comedy Awards, two Tony Awards, a Grammy, a Writers Guild of America Award and both the Crystal Award and the Lucy Award from Women in Film.
