“Jupiter Ascending”: An Exclusive Interview With Sean Bean

Sean Bean says his character is named Stinger and he is an ex-military type of guy.
Bean said there are all of these different story lines that have a dense feel to them. There is so much detail, so many characters that are interacting with each other. It is a movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat.
He said there are great relationships between the characters and then you also have all of these wonderful effects and computer generated imagery (CGI) and some ground-breaking images that the directors Andy and Lana Wachowski, who are siblings, created for this film.
“I have never seen anything like that before, I don’t think anyone has really. The film was quite extraordinary,” said Bean. “I am not just saying that either, it is something that I have never seen the likes of before.”
“Jupiter Ascending” is directed and written by Andy and Lana Wachowski, who are best known for being the creators of “Matrix,” “Matrix Reloaded,” “Matrix Revolution” and “Cloud Atlas.”
“Jupiter Ascending” opens up nationwide on Thursday, February 5, 2015.
